El Pueblo - El Pueblo (Karpata)
Two different villa models have been designed for El Pueblo, which will be constructed by professionals using the best materials and finishing and final touches will be of the highest quality.
Adobe Model
16 villas of the model Adobe will be built in the first phase. The majority of these villas are right on the first seaside row and have two bedrooms with walk-through closet, 2 bathrooms, a living room with open kitchen, study/3rd bedroom, laundry room, large covered porch and beautiful roof terrace. This design will give each Adobe villa a total living area (inside-and out) of 3010 ft2.
Santa Fe Model
On the second seaside row, 11 villas of the Santa Fe model will be realized in the second phase. These villas will have a studio with sea view and own bathroom and entrance on the second floor and a large roof terrace will be constructed on the third floor. Because of this extra studio on the second floor and the roof terrace on the third floor the total living area (inside-and out) will be 3229 ft2.
All 27 villas will offer a guaranteed view of the sea because of the manner of construction as well as the differences in height of the terrain! Furthermore each villa will have its own lighted swimming pool, directly adjacent to the porch with own sundeck. Enjoy the view of the Caribbean Sea or watch the stars overhead in the tropical night.
The villas will be fully furnished with a complete inventory. All furniture will be of outstanding quality, very tasteful, luxurious, comfortable and fitting the Mexican style. The kitchen will come equipped with quality brand name built-in appliances, such as a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven combination. Only 27 villas will be constructed on the 241,111 ft2 terrain. All villas will be built in a playful adobe design, inspired by a style of construction, which can be found in the pueblos (villages) neighboring Santa Fe, with a clear Mexican touch. Each villa within El Pueblo will have a marvelous view of the Caribbean Sea.
